We have at least one caregiver on site 24/7 but our communication platforms are not monitored around the clock.

The caregiving team will be monitoring client communication strictly for pets at the Care Center. Text messages will be monitored daily between 9am - 8pm. They will respond when able as priority is placed on patient care. The team typically sends their daily updates between 9am - noon.Note: If your pet is boarding and there are any concerns on our end regarding care a team member would reach out to you and/or the listed emergency contact outside of those hours.

Drop off hours

7:30am-10:30am or 4:30pm-7:30pmIf a pet is not picked up by 7:30pm, they will board an additional night and can be picked up during either time block the following day and will be charged accordingly.
To ensure safety and limit disruptions, unless otherwise advised, all drop off and pick ups will be performed in the gym. For liability purposes we ask that if you are in our main boarding space you not interact with any pets in our care.

If you are in town and your pet is staying with us we welcome visits by appointment during the hours of 9am-7pm. Visits will be held in the gym area and will require confirmation by call/text to schedule a time that works best for the Care Center and your schedule.

All tours are scheduled by appointment only and typically offered during office hours. We always prioritize patient care and ensure minimal disturbances for the health and safety of patients staying with us.

Overnight Care: one night's stay
Rehabilitation Evaluation: $100
Payment in full is due by first day of service or on date of service for rehabilitation appointments.Should your initial booking or services change, an additional invoice will be provided or a refund will be issued after service has been completed.

Existing clients can request service using this link. We will need to know drop off date as well as pick up date + intended pick up time block.
The daily overnight rate will apply and if a pick up occurs in the 4:30-7:30pm time block, a day boarding fee will be added.
If pick up is not made by 7:30pm, the pet will board an additional night and can be picked up during either time block the following day and will be charged accordingly.
NOTE: A full rate is charged for all single night boarding even if your pet stays less than 24 hours.

Vaccinations
Your pet must be up to date on all required vaccinations and those records must be on file with us prior to boarding (can be sent via email: info@wildheartspetcare.com). We do accept titers and medical waivers for pets that are not fully vaccinated.Health Concerns
Your pet must be in stable condition AND free from any possible contagious conditions. If they are experiencing vomiting, diarrhea, or showing any respiratory or infectious concerns up 1 week prior to boarding you must notify us and inform us on current condition and medications they are taking. We have the right to refuse service should a pet come into the Care Center with any unreported health concerns.Deposit
In order to secure booking, a deposit (one night's stay) must be made. For services falling over a holiday period, payment in full is due to secure your reservation.What to bring
We require all boarding pets to bring food and medications. Medications should remain in their original packaging/bottles with veterinary instructions. We highly recommend packing a few days more than needed in case plans change. This will help avoid additional fees for one of our team members to pick up food or medications.Note: We stock sensitive stomach/gut friendly foods for any pet that needs a replacement meal due to GI concerns or inappetence. This includes chicken, rice, cottage cheese, greek yogurt and sensitive stomach canned food. An additional fee of $5/meal will apply if your pet needs to utilize these supplies.
